Ever since I had heard of Bayou Wildlife Park (http://www.bayouwildlifepark.com/) I had wanted to go visit. Jeff finally had a weak moment and said he would go with me. We had a blast! Jeff was embarassed because we were the only people without a kid with us, but that did not stop me. We bought a bucket of food and rode on a little tram where the animals would come and eat out of our hands. The best part was this cute little girl who was with her grandparents. She thought Jeff & I were fun so she asked if she could sit with us instead, so of course we said Yes! After the tram ride wee got to go to the petting zoo (my personal favorite.) There was a goat who had just given birth to twins that morning! They were precious, they looked like little black kittens. The weather was great and I can't wait to go back someday when we do have kids :)
P.S. The only down side is if you have allergies make sure to load up on meds before, because mine went crazy!
