Turkey Weekend!

Our Thanksgiving started off going to the Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade. Jeff is a trooper for entertaining my ideas :) It was a good experience just HOT! We then headed up to the Woodlands to spend the rest of the day with my family. We had a wonderful afternoon and Dad grilled some yummy burgers for dinner. Just when we thought the day could not get any better the Aggies WON! Whoop!

We celebrated our 'tradional' Thanksgiving on Friday. I spent most of the day in the kitchen while everyone else worked on my mom's Christmas light master plan. Bryan really did not know what he signed up for :)

Jeff spent most of the day playing with the fire. Do they ever grow out of that? :) He did a great job because that night we sat around it and roasted marshmallows!

Dad is the one of the only Hodges family member that Stella is not a meanie to! I still love my kitty niece, even if she is cranky :) She does get props for her car riding skills. She rode in the car back with us to Houston and she was a champ. I wish mine could learn how to do that.

Saturday Emily, Dad & I went and walked around Mercer Arboretum. It was so pretty and very relaxing! On the way home Emily and I stopped for lunch at one of our childhood favorites "The Potato Patch." Yum!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks family!
