Run Forest Run

Jeff's family (plus Alexis) came in town and stayed with us for the weekend to cheer Nathan on at his Ironman :_

For those of you who have never heard of the Ironman check this video out:

In a nutshell it is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, and 26.2 mile run at the end!

As you can tell from the pictures we had a lot of fun during 14 hours that poor Nathan was suffering.



We put in some good hours at the Woodlands Mall while he was on the bike ride.

We waited at a transition area to see him get off his bike and start off on the marathon. We also had a sign that said "Don't Die" but not every one thought it was as funny as we did :)

Again we had a LOT of time on our hands :)

Went and got some yogurt in between seeing him at a couple spots during the marathon.

We had a great spot at the finish line to cheer him on. He crossed a little before 9:00 and we were ALL tired from a long day! We had a great time cheering him on :)
