Rodeo Time

I needed some time out of the house, so we thought a trip down to the Houston Rodeo would be fun! Turned out that Mimi was going to be in town with Alexis so we decided to make a family fun day of it :)

One of the MANY reasons we love Alexis is that she lets us stop and be kids again. To us adults the long ticket lines, long ride lines, and crowds of people make us cringe. To her it looks like lots of fun! After several different games she won a stuffed animal, yipee!


We tried to walk around and see all the animals (my favorite part) but it was too crowded due to spring break :( We did get to eat some good food and see the Band Perry which was really good. Most importantly got some family time and distraction that I desperately needed!
