Baby Warner came into this world on May 14th! On the actual day he was born we were at my parents lake house with Jeff's parents celebrating! Sunday after church we put the kids down for a nap and I headed down to Houston to meet my 3rd nephew!!! He is amazing!!! I held him and snuggled him and watched his parents glow (which was maybe my favorite part!) It's amazing in just 3 years how you can forget how tiny they are!
The plan was to bring the babies the following weekend to meet their cousin Warner. We facetimed at least daily up until then and the kids could not stop talking about him. Mallory in particular everyday asked if she could hold him, change his diaper, and bring him a blanket. Emily would record videos of Warner and they kids would sit with the videos on repeat! Saturday Mallory had a fever so we postponed till Sunday. we were all SUPER excited to say the least! When we got there we went up to the garage apartment (because their house is getting remodeled) and they got to see their new cousin. Miles was BEYOND intrigued by the baby and Mallory was very uninterested- would you know! Miles held Warner and helped feed Warner a bottle- he had the proudest little look on his face the WHOLE time! Mallory on the other hand was quite a little toot and screamed because she wanted to give her babydoll Warner's bottle and the wanted to sit in Warner's stroller. I will chalk it up to her not feeling 100% after having a fever or her just being a 2 year old :) We were going to try to stay for dinner but Mallory throwing tantrums was giving everyone a headache- even baby Warner :) I am so excited to watch these little nuggets be cousins together!!
