Easy to say we were all exhausted by day 5! However we mustered up the energy to go to the 2nd Disney park California Adventure Park! So we packed up everything we owned in my backpack and headed for our walk to Disney!
This time around we had a little bit more of an agenda- we knew the best place to start was Cars Land! As soon as we walked up we saw people taking pictures with Lightning McQueen and we got in line! He had to go take a rest at the pit stop so we got pictures with my favorite Mader! There was only one 'toddler' friends ride in Cars Land and it was broken so it was on to Bug's Life! There were a couple rides in Bug's life we rode- their favorite being this big caterpillar called "Heimlich!"
Then it was on to Hollywood studios to see some princesses! We waited in line for 45 minutes to see Anna & Elsa- but we did it! While the men waited in line us girls and Miles went and saw an interactive Finding Nemo show that was fun! After that we were starving so everyone went and got in line for food but GH, Miles and I went to go take Miles to see Spiderman!
We ate at a gourmet hotdog place and the continued on our way. We SUPER lucked out in that we ran into Micky and Minnie again!!! This time everyone was awake!! Then it was off to Ariel's adventure! We didn't get any pictures- but this was by far my favorite ride of the whole trip! After that we walked through Fantasyland and they had it all decorated for the Lunar New Year.
Grandma Hodges wanted to ride a Toy Story ride that wasn't for little people- so we rode the carousel 5-6 times while we waited with ice cream afterwards. They LOVED it- it was probably their favorite part of the day! After that we headed back to the house which was at least a 45 minute walk! We spent the rest of the night in the hot tub, watching the olympics and packing for our early flight the next morning! We had a magical trip and are very blessed!!!
