Eating
We are really struggling with Miles' eating right now. He says he is hungry ALL the time but there is nothing that he wants to eat. He stares at the pantry and either says "chips or goldfish." We have restricted all snack foods which just leads to him being hungry all the time and skipping meals all together. We are grateful that he will still drink his milk in the morning and night! Once in a BLUE moon he will ask for McDonalds- so we go get that boy some McDonalds and he will put away 3 nuggets!
Sleeping
We got into some terrible habits when we all got sick. Miles and I slept in the king size bed for over a month together while everyone was sick. He used to be the twin you wanted to share a bed with but he has decided he doesn't sleep well unless he is on your pillow with you. Luckily if you let him sleep on the pillow with you he will at least sleep till 7:30. However he wakes up about 10 times a night and yells "Mom" just to make sure I am still there. His current 'lovey' is a big stuff Target dog that he calls "Big Bear" and he will not sleep without it!
Playtime
Miles is my little clown that is for sure! He makes up his own little language when he is excited, dances around like there is a stick in his rear, loves to make goofy noises. We are also learning he is EXTREMELY particular about things. Currently he will ONLY wear one pair of blue tennis shoes that are too small for him and he will only wear long sleeves and long pants- no matter how hot it is outside! He is really starting to come out of his shell with his school friends and it is SO fun to watch on play dates. He is getting to be really good friends with Layne and Cayden. He continues to ask when soccer is going to start back up again- and we are counting down the days! Miles LOVES anything related to Mila- he loves helping with her, finding her, putting her outsides, loving on her or just plain chasing her.
