Miles- 57 & 58 Months

Milestones
- Weighs 31 pounds
- No longer does t-ball but hits the ball when thrown
- Started his 2nd season of soccer
- Spent time at his friend Cayden's house without mom or Mallory
- LOVES drawing pictures and staying in the lines when coloring
- Prefers hanging out with boys
- Can be left at church nursery with NO problems!
- Went and saw an occupational therapist for his picky eating

Eating
We have made a little progress in the right direction but not much. His daily diet still consists of milk, peanut butter crackers, chips and yogurt with M&M's. However he currently will eat McDonalds nuggets and will suck down 4 of those at a time- so we have a lot of happy meal toys at our house! We went to an occupational therapist to see if she could help with his picky eating but he crawled under a chair and wouldn't talk to her the whole time :(

Sleeping
One of my favorite times of day is laying with Miles in his bed. His little thoughts just can't slow down with his body and he tells me EVERYTHING he is thinking about. It is all SO random and SO precious! He continues to be the most consistent with sleeping all night however when we does wake up he is too scared to walk to our room so he wakes his sister up to go with him- silly goose! He has also started telling me at night when he is ready to go to bed- this little man knows him limits! They go to bed a wide variety of times from 7:30 to 9:00 and he wakes up between 7 and 7:30

Playtime
This little tooter stops in his tracks ALL the time to say "Mom.... I love you!" Melts my heart!!! He has just started asking to play with our neighbor Cooper (who is 10.) Miles will play with girls but if he has the choice he much rather play with a boy. However he loves being the only boy because he is always the only one who will squash bugs when everyone gets scared! The twins are playing SO well together these days! Of course it is because Miles is flexible and will play babydolls and their little people play house. He was super excited to do soccer again until he got on the field and then he was a little hesitant- but he is warming up and having a great time. He also is showing SO much interest in all sports- he constantly wants to play catch with a ball, shoot at his basketball, or throw a frisbee. He is pretty good if I say so myself!I also feel like he has gotten an extra dose of testosterone in that he loves to jump, run, climb, and throw things for no apparent reason!
