Milestones
-Rode bike without training wheels
-Finished preschool
-Started summer school
-Jumps in the pool like a champ
-Started a Ninja Warrior Class for the summer
-Can hit a baseball with our without a tee- right or left handed
Eating
I didn't think it was possible but I feel like his eating has gotten worse :( The only things he currently eats right now is chips, peanut butter crackers, candy, yogurt with M&M's and milk :(
Sleeping
Laying in bed with this little guy every night is one of my favorite times of the days. His little body is tired but his brain isn't- and it is the only time of day where his sister's voice isn't over powering him- so he asks a lot of though provoking questions. It is incredible the things he ponders! He always wants to hold my hand when he is done asking questions and has started saying the prayer for all of us at night. I think he would sleep in later in the morning but he has a bubbly big sister who wakes him up every morning. When he comes into our room everyday he is always still in the ozone :)
Playtime
This little guy plays SO good with Mallory when she requests that they play dolls. He even has a little baby voice that he uses when he pretends to be one of them- it is adorable! He has taken up a real liking and talent for drawing/coloring. He will sit down at he table for 20 minutes or so and just draw all sorts of different trucks- it is awesome! He comes home from school everyday with lots of papers because he chooses to sit at the art center. He also is VERY conscious about staying in the lines when coloring (he def gets that from his dad!) He also is EXTREMLY creative when it comes to building with his legos- it is incredible to see how his little brain works! Playing outside is still his activity of choice no matter how hot it is- and the poor little guys face gets so red so fast! He also has become more aware of playing with girls vs boys. Up till now the neighbors that come over most often are all girls but now he prefers playing with our 9 year old boy neighbor because they love playing trucks together. He also is extremely coordinated and is amazing at throwing/catching balls, hitting/kicking balls and riding scooters etc. We play hard during the day so he snuggles hard with mommy at night!
