Eating
We have added cashews to the the diet that he will eat as long as it is in a 1:1 ratio with mini M&M's! He always says he is hungry but bless his little heart won't eat anything that will keep him full.

Sleeping
Since school was starting I decided they needed to get good nights rest so I put an air mattress in their room and have been sleeping in there. They still wake up a couple times and yell "Mom" just to make sure I am still in there with them. Then this little guy sneaks on the air mattress with me around 2 in the morning to sleep in bed with me the rest of the night. Thankfully this little guy sleeps in a little later than his sister to usually around 7 or 7:30. My most precious moments with him continue to be when I lay with him when he falls asleep at night- he loves having my undivided attention and we snuggle and whisper until Mallory yells at us that we are too loud :)

Playtime
This little guy is usually my go with the flow guy. Anytime I ask who wants to go to the playground, go swimming, go play in the front yard he 9 out of 10 times yells YES! He doesn't care if it is hot, rainy or the bugs are out! He has gotten SO adventerous in the pool! He will do a sommersault into the pool with no one prompting him, he dives down to the deep end to get diving rings and he does cannon balls like a ROCK STAR! He continues to WOW me with his coordination whether it is throwing a frisbee or climbing on the playground. He really excels at tasks that take attention to detail and problem solving like building forts and making crafts. He also has a special sweetness in his heart that he saves just for his sister. If she is upset (not by him) or needing something he makes sure I am aware of it or he will help her in anyway possible. Just recently she was super upset when we dropped her off at church and one of the workers had to hold her as she cried and she later told me that brother held her hand the whole time and told her not to cry- sweet brother. However he definetly knows how to stir up trouble. He is like his daddy and when he gets excited he likes to touch people which is usually smacking Mallory's bottom which she can sometimes laugh at and sometimes freaks out at. If he does something wrong and I reprimand him he stares me straight in the eye and waits for my next move or if I spank him he spanks me back. But no matter what at the end of the day this little boy has brought uncountable smiles to our day!
