It was a warm day outside so we decide to go drive to Plantersville to attempt to pick some strawberries. The kids LOVED it!!! They taught us how to pick them without hurting the plants and how to pick out ripe ones. They were picking machines and we had to go get a bigger bucket! I tried to slow them down as much as a could because it was $6 a pound but they were having so much fun. So needless to say we came out of there with $36 worth of strawberries! They also had a neat playground near a pond that we played on for a while. Then on our way out we bought one of their homemade strawberry popsicles and it was the perfect way to end our little adventure!
