My beef-cake husband LOVES his cross-fit and he has been SO excited for his BCS Classic Crossfit games! Leslie and him trained really hard and they had a lot of fun (even though it didn't look like it!) We got to come out and watch 2 out of 3 of his events! Jeff even got to meet one of his idols Rich Froning who had won the Crossfit games several years in a row!
