Mallory- 33 & 34 Months

Milestones
 - Has finally embraced her hair being in pony tail
 - Has officially 'unofficially' started potty training
 - Is wearing size 5 shoes, size 5 diapers and size 2T clothes
 - Has become obessed with baby dolls and babys
 - Only uses her paci at nightime, naptime, and when she gets hurt
 - She has started praying at bedtime
 - Enjoys pretending she is "Baby Mallory"

Eating
Mallory is still my semi-decent eater. She will try almost anything you give her and will eat about anything dipped in ranch dressing. She definetly still does not eat as much as a 2 year old should but this is probably because she drinks SO much milk during the day. Anytime she is tired or upset she asks for her blanket, paci and a cup of milk. I would say her favorite food right now is mac n cheese, watermelon and strawberries :)

Sleeping
Mallory loves sleep- thank goodness!! Our current routine is going to bed around 9:00 and then she doesn't holler for us to come get her out of her crib until 9ish. This girl likes her 'me' times in her crib in the morning. She has officially stopped playing the 'TV' in her crib. She has all of her babydolls lined up at her feet with a blanket tucking them in. All she wants when she lays down is the strings on her bumper to twirl and her blanket (aka pillowcase) over her. Nighttime is so sweet as the four of us lay in bed and watch a episode of Daniel Tiger's neighborhood. Then we all give each other hugs and kisses and we say our prayers. Mallory is ADORABLE because she repeats "Dear God" after us and then she says what she is thankful for that day- neighbors, her ducks, her lipstick, her purse etc. She also makes sure she gets a HUGE hug from all of us and she will pretend cry to Miles until he will give her one- it is quite a show! My little princess then wants to be put in her bed by her mommy everynight to which I say of course! I then tuck her in and she blows me kisses all the way till after I close the door and then for several seconds even after I close the door- ADORABLE!

Playtime
One word- Babydoll!! She is the best little mommy in town! She rocks them all, feeds them, and carries them with her everywhere. Everyone asks her what her baby's names are and here they are: "Big Baby" "New Baby" "Baby Baby" "Little Baby" and "Baby that smells like candy." She also loves acting like a baby. She likes to crawl around, say 'goo-goo gah-gah', us tickle her and play patty cake with her. When ever she gets tired or upset she also asks me to hold her like a baby- which I of course quickly oblige :) She also loves all things girl- she loves picking out her own clothes, getting her nails painted, brushing mommy's hair, and playing dress up. Of course we can't forget how much she likes to watch Monster Jam on TV. The girl knows all of her different monster trucks by name. She is also the cutest little mommy to Miles how she talks to him in a baby voice when he is upset and always corrects him if he is doing something the wrong way. She LOVES playing outside and is amazing at riding her bike, sit down scooter, and stand up razor scooter. She continues to be very much like her mom in that she always listens for directions and wants to do things the correct way. We rarely have to tell her not to do something more than once (unless she is tired) because she wants to make her mommy and daddy proud all the time. This sweet little girl makes my heart skip a beat! I am so blessed God picked me to be her mom :)
