Eating
I have started telling them "I just saw your legs grow" when they ate a good meal- and crazy enough I think this encourages them! For lunch at school I pack her 1/2 peanut butter sandwitch, cut up strawberries and crackers of some sort. She always polishes off the strawberries and maybe 1 or 2 bites of her sandwitch ha! This girl LOVES her milk and still chugs the one cup we give her in the morning and before bed!
Sleeping
Their beds are still in our room next to our king size bed. Mal sleeps on my side and wakes up once every three nights or so in the middle of the night and asks me to hold her hand- adorable! She sleeps anywhere but on her pillow. I wish I could make a video of how many different positions she sleeps in- it is a full body work out for her all night! She is incredible though because we stopped putting diapers on them at night and she hasn't had an accident yet! I don't think this little girl took a nap once this past 2 months- little stinker! We have been trying to push bed time later to get her to sleep in a little more because she has been consistently getting up at 6:45! She still insists on Daddy laying with her a night time while she falls asleep.
Playtime
Mallory's imagination has just exploded and it is SO fun to watch! Her favorite baby dolls are Ms. Erin and Ms. Callie (they are twins- but one is black and one is white.) She will play with them for over an hour all by herself just changing their outfits, pretending to feed them, pretending they are sick, changing their diapers etc. My heart just melts when she calls them terms of endearment like the ones I call her "Come on sweetie" "You are doing a great job cutie pie!" You know when she is tired because she asks to watch her Ipad- which consists of her watching videos of little girls taking care of their baby dolls :) She LOVES swinging on her swings- especially now that she can pump herself. She enjoys being outside but as soon as that girl gets even a little warm she wants to come inside. She is a ROCK-STAR at hide and go seek. She finds really good spots to hide and no matter how long it takes you to find her she stays there without a peep! She cracks me up because when she is in a good mood nothing phases or upsets her- but when she is tired even the wind blowing the wrong way makes her cry hysterically. Miles is her best playtime buddy and it is amazing to see how well they share, play and have conversations together.
