Summer Activities

My goal this summer (besides have LOADS of fun) was to keep the kids involved in activities to keep them social.

So first on the list was 'Summer Enrichment' put on by CSISD at Greens Prarie (right next to us!) It was everyday from 8-12 and it was a pre-preschool class. They seemed to enjoy it! It was crazy for me to walk them into school everyday knowing they are technically old enough to start kindergarden this fall. There was only one other boy in the class which was kinda a bummer but their friend Blair from their old school was in so they played a lot with her. They came everyday with lots of crafts and telling me about all the fun they had on the playground! They are growing up so fast these days! Their teacher was Mrs. Grant and the kids loved her!

The second activity for the summer was swimming lessons. However these ended up being a complete bust because the kiddos got really really shy when we showed up. So there were 8 lessons and we quit after 3 because the kids wouldn't even get in the pool. Whew... these kids are stubborn!

The third activity for the summer that they are LOVING is Miles is taking Ninja Warrior classes and Mallory is taking gymnastic classes! I am super proud of both of them! Miles has his little friend Cayden in his class and Mallory has our neighbor Holland in hers! The classes are at the same time and they are doing AWESOME!!!
