Jeff loves working out and he has always loved working out but some how it has gone to a new extreme since he changed to Crossfit Wellborn! So he signed up for his first Crossfit competition and him and his partner Leslie rocked it!! He had 3 different competitions and the kids and I made it up there to cheer him on for 2 of them. He won for the co-ed senior division and if they would have competed in the younger division they would have won 3rd. He then decided that it would be awesome if he invited everyone over from his gym that competed to our house. He did a great job organizing and cleaning! Thankfully the weather cooperated because we had over 60 people at our house! Most of the big kids went swimming (in the 68 degree pool) and then everyone else ate, drank and roasted smores! A great time was had by all!
