New York City- Day 2

We devoted this whole day to exploring Central Park. What an AMAZING place! I turned over a new leaf- we walked around without a map and a planned trail! We lucked out with some great weather minus the heat :( We walked around the park for hours upon hours enjoying the gorgeous views! I can't imagine living there and being able to walk around there when ever you want.

The amusement park set up on the south side of the park with a great view

Could those trees be any more relaxing?

Boggles my brain that this in the middle of NYC!

As soon as we finished taking a picture a bride and groom came to take pictures

We did not even know what that building was, but this was one of the many ponds/lakes at the park.

We could  not help but laugh at the people who were laying out in their swimsuits on the grassy knolls. No pool?

Our favorites at the Central Park Zoo- Red Pandas :)

I am so lucky my hubby loves zoos as much as I do :)
When were finished with Central Park we had some time to kill before we needed to start getting ready for our show. So Jeff had been dreaming about all the knock off watches in Chinatown, so we decided to check that out for a couple hours. Boy was it an adventure as it was our first time to ride the subway! That is by far one of the most confusing things I have EVER done, how people do that on a daily basis I have NO idea! Chinatown was everything Jeff hoped it would be and he got a great watch out of the deal- well if it is still working :) We did not take any pictures as it was not a really 'pretty' part of town. We had a little bit of confusion trying to figure out how to get back home on the subway, but luckily the locals were nice and helped us out!

After Chinatown we went back to the hotel to clean up and get ready for our Cirque Du Soleil show. We are HUGE fans of the shows and have seen at least a half of dozen of their different shows. This one has been permanently set up in NYC for the past couple years and is moving to Las Vegas in a couple weeks to be one of the permanent shows there. So we knew it was going to be good. An added bonus was that it was at Radio City Music Hall! It was a great night and a great show!

You never know how your pictures are going to turn out when strangers take them :)

Once we got inside I was able to take a picture with one of the performers

We had GREAT seats! The inside of Radio City was breath taking!

Love :)
