We LOVE Halloween over here in the Mazzolini family- so we do it and we do it right :)
We started the day off with a trip to an Oil Ranch with Aunt Emmie :) It was in Cypress and was a perfect day for it! There lots of fun things for us to do with the little nuggets :) We took them on a train ride, hayride, fed cows, attempted to ride a horse, see tons of ANIMALS and then repeat. It was super busy at the beginning because there were tons of schools there for fieldtrips but once they all left we had the place to ourselves and it was a perfect fall day in Houston.
Mal was spoiled rotten the whole time because Aunt Emmie never put her down
Selfie on the 'choo-choo' that we waited forever for
We was really happy even if it doesn't show!
The kids were having fun- I promise!
Enjoying the view on our 2nd train ride
Time for hayride!
Miles was a little hesistant their wasn't a seatbelt :)
Feeding the cows- we learned Aunt Emmie does not like cow slobber
No fear of the pigs
Miles quick attempt to ride a horse
Trying to convince Mal it was OK to pet Daisy

Choo-choo for the 3rd time :)
Miles made the 'choo choo' sound the whole time
Wonderul weather!
So then came the MOST important part of Halloween- what to dress up as!! We had a hand me down lion costume so my thought was Dorothy and the lion..... but the lion outfit had a part that went on his head and that didn't go over so well. So the goal was to come up with a costume that they would actually wear :) I am also to practical to pay 100 dollars for their Halloween costumes so my AMAZING friend Megan hand made them for the nuggets! Tell me they are not the cutest things ever?!?!?!? Then my sweet friend Lauren offered the take their pictures at the pumpkin patch- she did an amazing job and really captured their personalities :)
That night the temperatures dropped drastically so it was too cold to wear their costumes :( They instead just wore festive Halloween outfits. We took them to 'Werewolf Creek' for some Halloween festivities- but of course they were most interested in the petting zoo. We didn't keep them out long though because it was so cold- so we were parked in the mall parking lot so we decided what the heck lets go let them burn some energy walking the mall. They actually had trick or treating in the mall and the babies got had their FIRST sucker! Mallory was a BIG fan but of course Miles wouldn't let it far past his lips.
