Mazz Madness!: Miles- 49 & 50 Months

Milestones

- Sleeping in bunk bed

- Goes underwater and swims great

- Vocabulary has blown up- including the words 'embarrassing' 'ingredients' and 'usually'

- Gets Mallory her stuff dog after he hits her

Eating

Little dude still isn't eating any better. But I figure not eating keeps him little forever and I am ok with that :)

Sleeping:

They got BUNK BEDS!!!!! Miles LOVES sleeping on the top and he is amazing at getting up and down. We were worried he might fall in the middle of the night (when he comes into our room) but he rocks the ladder! The only problem is that I lay with him to fall asleep so watching me do the ladder is comical! We went to bed late this summer- between 9 and 10 every night so he would get up around 7:30 most mornings. We still have the cots set up in our bedroom for when then come in the middle of the night- Miles is on my side :) He also continues to show a little bit of hoarding tendencies because he keeps half of his toys on his bed while he sleeps- it is adorable!

Playtime:

We had such a FUN summer with this little man!! He LOVES being outside and doesn't care if he has a sweat mustache and red face! He cracks me up in everyway- he is just like his daddy in that he is VERY particular! His shirt/pants have to fit just right, the top has to be screwed back on everything, every door/cabinet must be closed, every light must be off in every room. He never wanted to go to the pool every day but once we got him there we was a little water bug LOVING putting his face underwater. When we go to birthday parties/get together with friends he tends to be less timid one- still taking a LONG time to warm up but the more adventurous. He also wants to do EVERYTHING that daddy does whether it be mow, go to barn, work on car etc. it is amazing! I love this little dude with my whole heart!
